On 31 March 2023, the Lido Special Economic Zone (SEZ), a flagship project of PT MNC Land Tbk, officially commenced operations with the unveiling of a plaque by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, accompanied by the Executive Chairman of MNC Group, Hary Tanoesoedibjo.
On 23 June 2023, The Royal Glasshouse has officially operated as a luxury MICE facility with a modern and magnificent design to hold various meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions at Park Hyatt Jakarta.
On 8-9 September 2023, the Lido Music & Arts Center (LMAC), the first world-class outdoor venue in Indonesia, officially started operating with the hosting of the music concert titled LMAC MUSIC FORALL FEST.
On 13 December 2023, i-Hub began its operations as a leading provider of coworking space and private offices in Jakarta, combining modernity, connectivity, and spacious and strategically located contemporary workspaces in the city center.

MNC Land is proud to announce a series of major milestones achieved in 2022.
In the first semester of this year, MNC Land officially opened Park Hyatt Jakarta, the first modern luxury hotel under the Park Hyatt brand in Indonesia. This luxurious hotel, with a modern architectural design, offers 220 rooms, complete facilities, Hyatt hotels’ signature hospitality, and the best views of Monas and Jakarta’s cityscape.
In addition, MNC Land also expanded its portfolio in the hospitality industry by opening Next Hotel Yogyakarta, the best hotel in its class with MICE facilities and integrated with modern apartments.
On September 27th this year, MNC Land has been creating innovations for the pride of Indonesia for 15 years. Expressions of gratitude for MNC Land’s achievement are carried out through a series of CSR activities, Fun Walk, celebrations with employees and the Executive Chairman & Chairwoman of MNC Group.
MNC Land is also proud of the achievement of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, which was chosen as the location for the media center of the G20 Summit event held in November 2022 and attended by 2,000 delegates from 69 countries.
Still in the same month, MNC Land received a Certificate of Designation to Operate Lido Special Economic Zone in Bogor, in accordance with the Decree of the Coordinating Minister for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia as Chairman of the National Council for Special Economic Zones Number 3 Year 2022, dated 8 November 2022.
SEZ MNC Lido City as a Tourism Special Economic Zone and the flagship project of MNC Land, is currently focusing on completion of several projects which will become the pride of Indonesia, including Movieland, Lido Music & Arts Center, 18-hole World Championship standard Golf Course, Lido World Garden, and the Lido Lake Resort hotel extension.
Closing the year 2022, another successful achievement by MNC Land through Park Hyatt Jakarta was receiving the prestigious awards as The Best New Luxury Hotel at the 2022 Exquisite Awards, and The Best Luxury Hotel Development at the Indonesia Property Awards 2022 by Property Guru.

2021 was a major year for MNC Lido City project as it has officially received the status of Tourism Special Economic Zone (SEZ) through the Government Regulation (PP) Number 69 of 2021 that was signed by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo in June 2021, following the approval of the proposal back in February 2021 by the National Council for Special Economic Zone.
Commencing the development and management of SEZ MNC Lido City, MNC Land held groundbreaking events for several iconic projects there such as Movieland, Lido Music & Arts Center, and Lido World Garden. Furthermore, MNC Land participated in Expo 2020 Dubai to introduce SEZ MNC Lido City as a world-class entertainment hospitality destination in South-East Asia to potential foreign investors.
This year also marks the start of significant business collaborations, including with PT Jasamarga Related Business (JMRB) to develop property areas at toll road corridors, with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia in agricultural research and development, and with PT Infokom Elektrindo (Infokom) to build the Techno Park with an integrated infrastructure and high-tech ecosystem at SEZ MNC Lido City.
At the end of the year, MNC Land was very proud of the achievement of Lido Lake Resort by MNC Hotel which officially received 5-star certification from Enhaii Mandiri 186 and the prestigious award as Indonesia Leading Family Resort 2021 from the Indonesia Travel & Tourism Awards (ITTA) Foundation.

In December 2020, the company held a soft opening of Lido Adventure Park which set to be the largest outbound in Southeast Asia. This facility is managed by Lido Lake Resort.
In the second semester of 2020, Lido Lake Resort by MNC Hotel, Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya, and The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, received Certificate of Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) according to the standards of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenparekraf RI) to ensure comfort and safety of the employees and guests in accordance with applicable standards.

In August 2019, the Company together with Trump Organization held Trump Residences Indonesia Prelaunch event attended by Donald Trump Jr. The first Trump integrated ultra-luxury resort in Indonesia is located in two iconic locations - in Bali and Lido-Bogor.
Afterwards, the Company also held a Grand Opening of Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya in September 2019, and MNC x Koléga coworking space which pave the step in developing new business sector in coworking space.

In May 2018, the Company held the Grand Opening Ceremony of One East Penthouse & Residences - a luxury residence combined with a 5-star Oakwood Hotel & Residence, fine dining restaurant and café concept.
In October 2018, the Company completed the renovation of Lido Lakes Resort & Conference and reopen the property as a 5-star hotel with a new brand name - Lido Lake Resort by MNC Hotel.

In March 2017, the Company and Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the plan to bring the first and the only one Park Hyatt Hotel to Indonesia. Park Hyatt is one of the Company’s prestigious hotel portfolios in collaboration with globally recognized brand.
In July 2017, the Company announced its collaboration with the legendary US professional golfer, Phil Mickelson, to design an 18-hole masterpiece signature golf course set in MNC Bali Resort, namely Trump International Golf Club Bali.

Following the MOU signed in October 2015, the Company through its Subsidiary signed a cooperation agreement for the development of Eco Tourism of Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park with the Balai Besar Taman Nasional of Gunung Gede Pangrango.

In December 2014, MNC World Lido under PT MNC Wahana Wisata commenced building a world-class theme park, retail, dining, and entertainment area within the 3,000 ha SEZ MNC Lido City - Pride of the Nation. PT GLD Property has 20 years of experience in the property sector, and currently owns and manages the Company’s office building portfolios such as MNC Tower and MNC Plaza.

The Company’s portfolio grew bigger by acquiring 100% ownership of PT MNC Land Surabaya (formerly PT Investasi Hasil Sejahtera) that own several properties, including One East Penthouse & Residences and Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya.
In order to enhance the service to its building’s tenants, in January 2010 the Company also developed an outsourcing business by acquiring 100% shares of PT Global Jasa Sejahtera, a company that provides qualified security personnel, cleaning and housekeeping services.
