MNCLand.com – MNC Lido City is one of the flagship projects of MNC Land that is currently being developed in the area of Lido, Bogor, West Java. The project with a total area of 3,000 hectares which includes a place for recreation, entertainment, and lifestyle become the main focus at the MNC Group’s 38th Manager Forum in Jakarta Concert Hall, iNews Tower, Thursday (14 March 2019).
Chairman of MNC Group, Hary Tanoesoedibjo explained that before the company acquired land in Lido, Bogor, West Java, they did a search of land in several regions in Indonesia. He said that it is quite difficult to find land that is positioned to be developed into an iconic project, until he found a location in Lido, Bogor, West Java.
“At that time we searched for a strategic land until we were offered one at Lido, which is close to Jakarta, has cool air, and sizable. Of course, we must also make sure that the area will be easily accessible” said Chairman of MNC Group.
He added that for a development to be successful, it must have a good perspective in the planning and also have a right business model. Evidently, in the case of MNC Lido City, this development is proven to be able to give investors confidence that it will become a pride of the nation.
MNC Lido City development will cover an area of total 3,000 hectares. The construction of the first stage covering 700 hectares is underway and will include the world-class theme park and international golf courses, villas, condominiums and six-star hotels under the management of Trump International Golf Club, Resort & Residences.
The presentation of the progress of MNC Lido City project was presented by the Chief Operation Officer (COO) of MNC Land Project, Andrian Budi Utama, and was supported by Vice President Director of MNC Land, M. Budi Rustanto, Director of MNC Land, Erwin Andersen, and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of MNC Land Project, Soesilawati.
The event that held at the Jakarta Concert Hall, iNews Tower 14th floor, is a routine activity of MNC Group together with other business units. A total of 700 participants from manager to director level were present at the MNC Group’s 38th Manager Forum.
