Corporate Secretary

The Corporate Secretary plays an important role in facilitating communication among the Company’s units, ensuring effectiveness and transparency of Company communications, and establishing relationships with external parties, including government and non-government institutions, investors, and other capital market players. The functions of the Corporate Secretary refer to the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies.

The Corporate Secretary is appointed by and directly responsible to the President Director and reports implementation of his/her duties to the Board of Commissioners.

The Corporate Secretary is held by Ponco Prawoko. This appointment has been reported to OJK through letter number 047/CS/MNCLAND/VIII/2019 dated August 23, 2019 concerning Information on Changing of Corporate Secretary, as stipulated in POJK Number 35 / POJK.04 / 2014.
