The Corporate Secretary plays an important role in facilitating communication among the Company’s units, ensuring effectiveness and transparency of Company communications, and establishing relationships with external parties, including government and non-government institutions, investors, and other capital market players. The functions of the Corporate Secretary refer to the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies.
The Corporate Secretary is appointed by and directly responsible to the President Director and reports implementation of his/her duties to the Board of Commissioners.
The Corporate Secretary position was filled by M. Budi Rustanto who also serves as Vice President Director of the Company. This appointment was reported to the OJK with Letter No.056/CS/MNCLAND/IX/2017 dated September 19, 2017 concerning Information of Change in Corporate Secretary, as stipulated in POJK No. 35/POJK.04/2014 Article 10 point (1).
