Work with the Project management team. Responsible for overall theme park construction, site coordination, monitor and control construction progress for overall MEP works, etc.
Have strong responsibility, with theme park overall MEP site coordination & construction management capability, can be effective management MEP according to schedule.
Work with Construction Manager, manage the MEP construction team. Responsible to supervise and inspect GC’s construction and QA/QC documents. From MEP preparation, construction, testing, buy off to hand over.
Work together with the Project management team and Construction Manager to review and comment GC/NSC’s contractor’s documents.
Work with internal design team and operation team and follow their requirement.
Work with internal safety team to solve safety issues and ensure GC’s site construction follows safety requirement.
Work with the internal design team, cost & budget team, GC and consultants for value engineering process to control the Budget.
Work with internal Document control team to make sure all necessary reports and documents are filing well.
Monitor and minimize the changes on site.
Control and Monitor the GC and NSC, regular meeting and tracing the construction progress, record and report any unusual elements.
Base on approved method statement and construction schedule, exam and check day to day for construction works.
To check and evaluate GC’s construction progress.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
At least 8 years of work experience and at least one theme park throughout a construction management experience.
