E-Commerce Senior Manager

Job Description: 

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy, annual plan and campaign/initiative specific plans to drive revenue, promote incremental purchase behaviour, and build brand awareness & loyalty.
  • Plan, build and manage all digital marketing and e-commerce platforms, ensuring a smooth, user-friendly experience, seamless integration with backend systems and data-led improvements.
  • Build digital data analytics and CRM functions. Utilize data analytics and CRM to drive website traffic, generate repeat visitation and promote incremental purchase behavior.
  • Manage all search engine marketing, including paid search, SEO and PPC, to drive website traffic.
  • Manage all email marketing communications.
  • Manage the brand’s reputation on key online platforms (TripAdvisor etc.).
  • Devise and deliver the social media strategy.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Oversee digital KPI setting, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage the digital marketing team, internal stakeholder relationships, and external service providers.
  • Other duties as assigned by the GM, Marketing.


Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Marketing.
  • Have Experience 10 years in Digital Marketing for a Multinational Company, including 5years
    of experience in E-Commerce and social media marketing, preferably in the travel or leisure industries.
  • Candidate understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice, IT System.
  • Candidate MUST fluent English and good Microsoft office.
