Translate strategic insight into fresh creative concepts across channels. Pitch to and communicate with a senior executive to convey the conceptual narrative and overall creative design approach.
Collaborate internally on Intellectual property (IP) usage, direction, and scope and balance the brand and licensors’ creative priorities.
Provide direction and guidance to the internal creative team, oversee and manage overall creative and production timeline and budgets.
Lead team brainstorming sessions, communicate inspire and promote continual creative improvement among team members.
Maintain and uphold brand integrity and standards in all brand asset creation work, ensuring brand guidelines, media and asset library are property managed and update-to-date.
Keep informed of new developments and trends in the leisure and entertainment industry.
Carry out supervisory duties to a team of designer and content developers.
Bachelor degree or above from an accredited program (or equivalent Graphic Design degree).
15 years of Design experience including at least 5 years as Creative Director with a Global branding or Advertising Agency.
Proficiency in multiple design disciplines with extensive technical experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), 3D Modelling and Rigging (Maya) and multimedia editing software (Final Cut, Premiere Pro, After Effect, Flash and Dreamweaver) and Microsoft Office Suite.
