Corporate Marketing Partnerships Senior Manager

Job Description: 

  • Develop and implement the most successful corporate marketing partnership strategy in Indonesia, meeting above-mentioned objectives and agreed KPI’s.
  • Source new corporate marketing partners per the strategy, extracting maximum value for MNC while building win-win relationships and managing partner/group conflicts.
  • Build and manage an account servicing team that serves as the main point of contact for partners and ensures contract terms are fulfilled.
  • Plan, implement and track an annual calendar of joint marketing activities to optimize ROI for MNC and drive sales.
  • Develop and manage the corporate marketing partnerships budget.
  • Oversee team/campaign KPI setting, performance tracking, and reporting.


Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, experience in Marketing.
  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in business development, preferably in managing sponsorships or partnerships for a multinational company.
  • Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Creative Copy of Content, Good Writing in English, Strong in social media.
  • Special Skills: Leadership, presentation, negotiation/persuasion skills at a senior executive level, decision-making, win-win relationship building.
