Corporate Finance Assistant Manager

Job Description:

  • Preparing financial projections and business modelling.
  • Supporting corporate actions.
  • Analyze and reviewing financial statement.
  • Preparing budget, timeframe, and valuation.
  • Liaising with internal and external parties involved in corporate finance projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from a reputable university
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
  • Having experience in a public accounting firm will be advantageous.
     Strong analytical thinking, good communication, and fast learner.
     Fluent in English.
