Business Development Assistant Manager

Job Description:

  • Implement the preparation of business development strategies.
  • Conducting research on competitors’ activities and market needs trends.
  • Conducting an evaluation of the company’s business development strategy that has been running.
  • Prepare the presentation of project/investment feasibility studies.
  • Inspect, select, and recommend property business opportunities offered and coordinate with relevant Directors to BOD in reporting or submitting to jointly determine the feasibility and action plan of a project or business opportunity.
  • Participate in the preliminary planning of property projects such as selection, selection, and
    assignment to consultants.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Communication Skill, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Property Market Analysis, Financial Analysis, Business and Management, Negotiation Skill, Strategic Thinking.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
